Chain drive design can be seen everywhere in life. How is the principle of chain drive designed? Chain transmission is a transmission method in which the movement and power of a driving sprocket with a special tooth profile is transmitted to a driven sprocket with a special tooth profile through a chain. The chain drive is a meshing drive, and the average transmission ratio is accurate. It is a mechanical transmission that uses the meshing of the chain and the sprocket to transmit power and movement.
The chain drives we see in our lives are such as motorcycles and bicycles. Or the timing chain in the car, or the chain in the engine for auto repairers.
Lifting chains in forklifts, lifting chains in elevators. Or in other words, there must be a chain drive where you see the motor in the factory.
Chain drive and belt drive are actually the same in terms of design principles.
